A safe, Compassionate Space to Navigate Life’s Hardest Transitions
-
We work differently. Using drama therapy and psychodrama, you don't just discuss the pattern — you step into it, act it out, and rehearse it changing, in a guided, contained space. Weekly virtual sessions build awareness over time; monthly in-person Intensives give that awareness room to become embodied. It's clinical work grounded in family systems theory, led by a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and Registered Drama Therapist — the play is the method, not a departure from it.

The Roles You Play, & the Ones You're Ready to Rewrite
You don’t need a diagnosis to know something in the script isn’t working.
Most therapy stays verbal. You talk about the pattern — the same fight, the same shutdown, the same role you keep getting stuck in — and you understand it a little better each time. But understanding a pattern isn't the same as changing your relationship to it. For a lot of families and individuals, that's exactly where the work stalls: real insight, no real shift.
We offer weekly sessions and in-person intensives that use drama therapy to help your family—or you change, not just talk about changing.
